Ansora for regulators

The public asks. Your standards answer — with the binding line held.

Answer registrants and the public from your own standards, bylaws, and practice guidance. Every answer cites its source, marks what's binding versus guidance, and stops rather than guesses.

How it works

Grounded in your standards — and it holds the line.

The same discipline in every reply: answer from your published materials, mark what carries force, and refuse when the documents don't reach — including refusing to speak to an individual's status it can't see.

01

Answers from your standards

Registrants and the public get answers drawn from your bylaws, standards of practice, and guidance — each answer citing the document it came from.

02

Binding vs guidance, held

It distinguishes a requirement from advice and labels which is which. It points to the standard; it never decides what the standard means.

03

Refuses rather than guesses

When the question isn't covered — or asks about an individual's status it can't verify — it says so plainly instead of inventing an answer.

04

Routes judgment to a person

Questions that call for professional judgment or a decision are handed to your staff, by design — not answered as if the assistant held the authority.

See it in action

A short demo, on a realistic corpus.

A recorded walk-through: a grounded, cited answer; the current standard chosen over a superseded one still in the corpus; and an honest refusal that routes to a person. Runs on an illustrative corpus — never a real college's material.

Security & privacy

Built to be evidenced, not asserted.

The promise is that it doesn't overclaim — and that has to hold for how it's secured, too. Full architecture and security documentation is available on request; here's the shape of it.

  • ✓Tenant isolation. Your materials and conversations are isolated at the database level. No other organization's corpus answers your questions, and yours answers no one else's.
  • ✓Role-based access, with an explain endpoint. Permissions are enforced and inspectable, backed by a full audit trail of who accessed and changed what.
  • ✓Encryption in transit and at rest.
  • ✓A documented data path, end to end. Including where model and embedding calls are processed — the part most vendors leave out.
  • ○No SOC 2 yet. We don't hold a SOC 2 report today, and we won't claim one. If that's a requirement for you, let's talk about the timeline honestly.
