Ansora for hospitality

Guests ask around the clock. Answer from your property's own information.

One assistant for guest questions, answering from your property's own information — cited, accurate, and honest. It won't promise what it can't deliver, and hands off to your team when a person is needed.

How it works

Answers your guests can rely on — and knows its limits.

It answers from your property's own information, cites what it drew on, and won't invent a policy or promise a comp it can't deliver. When a request needs a person, it hands off.

01

Answers from your property

Check-in and check-out times, amenities, policies, directions, hours — drawn from your own information, not the open internet, and cited.

02

Won't overpromise

It won't invent a rate, guarantee an upgrade, or confirm something it can't see. A confident wrong answer to a guest costs more than an honest "let me check."

03

Hands off to your team

Requests that need a decision or an action — a special request, a complaint, a booking change — are passed to your front desk rather than faked.

04

Always on, one voice

Every guest gets the same accurate answer at any hour, in your property's voice — without pulling a staff member off the floor for routine questions.

See it in action

A short demo, on a realistic corpus.

A recorded walk-through: a grounded, cited answer; the current policy chosen over a superseded one still in the corpus; and an honest hand-off where a request needs a person. Runs on an illustrative corpus — never a real property's material.

Security & privacy

Built to be evidenced, not asserted.

The promise is that it doesn't overclaim — and that has to hold for how it's secured, too. Full architecture and security documentation is available on request; here's the shape of it.

  • ✓Tenant isolation. Your property's information and conversations are isolated at the database level. No other organization's corpus answers your guests, and yours answers no one else's.
  • ✓Role-based access, with an explain endpoint. Permissions are enforced and inspectable, backed by a full audit trail of who accessed and changed what.
  • ✓Encryption in transit and at rest.
  • ✓A documented data path, end to end. Including where model and embedding calls are processed — the part most vendors leave out.
  • ○No SOC 2 yet. We don't hold a SOC 2 report today, and we won't claim one. If that's a requirement for you, let's talk about the timeline honestly.
